Marv followed up with one of Fat Wallet hot deals at Staples, bought the Norton Firewall/System Tools package which lists for about $89---price matched with CompUSA, took an in-store rebate, and with the upgrade mail-in rebate will get the package and make $7.

MARIE'S LINE DANCING ON VACATION FOR HOLIDAYS
Marie's line dancing lessons will resume on Monday, Jan 5.

TOYS FOR TOTS DANCE
The Friday night dance at the FunNSun dance hall was to benefit the Toys for Tots Drive. There were 235 dancers and $549 was donated to the Toys for Tots Drive, along with many toys. The money included the money donated by the Texas Country band they would have received for playing. Dana's husband Jerry was in charge of the Marines assisting in collecting the toys.

SON SCOTT HAVING SUCCESS WITH HIS ART WORK
Our son Scott, an assistant professor at Milwaukee Institute of Art and Design, has recently had his art work in galleries in Champaign and Chicago, IL, Miami, FL, New York, NY, and Puerto Rico. He has also sold many of his works including some to gallery owners and to people in Hawaii (he gets to go to set it up). A sampling of his work is on his web site. The files are large and will be more accessible when we have high speed internet access. Also below is a link to a review of his Puerto Rico show. The Lucky Charms leprechaun is a video of Scott eating the cereal.
Pam and I are very proud of his success.
