** Electric Cost: Electricity is sub-metered by Fun N Sun RV Resort and not the local energy supplier. Resident’s sub metered bills are calculated pursuant to PUC Subt. R.23.5©(G)(1), no administrative charge may be added by Texas State Law - calculated by a third party company

$200 deposit required, pay balance upon arrival. We do our best to keep your site the same as your confirmation letter states, but only 3-month reservations and longer are guaranteed a specific site.

REFUND POLICY: Refunds are allowed with a 24-hour cancellation notice for daily, weekly reservations. No refunds after November 1, 2004 for monthly or longer reservations. Following your check-in, no refunds will be made, unless certain circumstances, such as family illness, requires you to leave prior to the end of your reservation. If management approves a refund request, any unused rent must be applied to your next reservation, which must be used within a twelve-month period of time. A $25 administrative fee will apply.
